Slow process... The interview process started in November 2021. They reached out and I scheduled an initial phone screening I believe the week after. It went well and then about 2-3 weeks later they got back to me for a second interview - which was scheduled like 2 weeks later (December 2021). I reached out in January after hearing no response from the company and I was told that they had reached a pivot point in the hiring process and were going to "resume" the interview process in a few weeks. It is now February and I never heard back from the company. While the interviews were not bad and the employees seemed really kind - it is not fair to leave candidates hanging like this.
