Seminar, interview with school,interview with company 1 to 1 in general. After having positive answer from school interview they call you for company interview as a group interview. They ask a question and waits for members to solve it together, asking some logic quiestion, asking your previous career etc .
I had an interview with a very positive hr specialist. She was very informative and kind. The interview felt almost like a conversation. The questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was very encouraging.
