I received a pre-screening link from an HR rep to be completed within 2 days. It says video interview but it’s only typed and recorded verbal responses. It consists of work history, skills, availability, etc.
A few days later, I received a recorded interview invitation that consisted of 9 questions. There were 7 STAR questions, an intro, and why you want to work for Nationwide.
About a week later, I received a virtual interview invitation. I was given 3 different dates and times and selected one. The interview consisted of 2 Nationwide people asking about your skills, experience, and availability along with more STAR based questions. They were very kind and relaxed which helped calm my nerves.
About a week later, I received a call with a contingent offer and started the hiring process which consisted of drug screen, background check, credit check, and I-9 verification in person. I heard back from them a week later notifying me the contingencies relating to drug screens and background checks were removed and I received an outline of my training schedule.
I received my laptop and monitors a few days before training and am on my third week of employment.
You must pass the licensing exam before all contingencies are removed.
