A long process, with no gratitude given to applicants for the huge time sink. The actual employees who I initially spoke with seemed nice enough. Getting clearance is just not worth it though. I ended up withdrawing.

A Pearson test, testing basic logic, coding, math, and statistics knowledge. followed by three rounds of interview back to back before an offer. Note, there is a long time between stages so be patient. I felt comfortable for the three rounds. My position was unfortunately a few months after my offer before I started

Had to take a Pearson examination, after that got contacted for a virtual interview. Didn’t continue as I got another offer but exam was comprehensive and reasonable. Had to go to an in person testing facility, which seemed a bit over the top but wasn’t that big of a deal.
