Nice and smooth, the interviewer made me feel wasting , started asking me about myself, what are my skills and what ones I can transfer to this new role, asking me knowledge about banking sector, FCA and PRA.

Entretien
Initial phone screening for the eligibility of work in UK and confirm with your availability for branch interview. They will provide interview details and a link with an interview guide.
Two branch manager hold the interview, they ask about your background, motivation for apply the job, behavioral and situational question, which is the same question of the interview guide.
After the interview, they will give you a role play scenario to test your customer relationship. You will have 5 minutes to prepare.
After the role play section, they will provide the position information and Q&A time

Initial phone screening then a face to face interview after which you go through the background checks if you accept the offer. The checks takes about a month, you just wait for them to concluded that, they’ll ask you for details and clarification as the need arises
