Very cordial and relaxed. My two interviewers were great; they asked honest questions, listened attentively, and felt there were no "trick" questions. It helps when you're interviewing for a position you have a real passion for, I suppose, but they allowed my passion to come through. It felt more like a discussion than an interview, and most importantly I felt valued as an educator, as opposed to a *mere* adjunct they had to plunk into their curriculum.
