The interview process for this position consisted in first taking tests of proficiency with software. The next step in the interview process was meeting with someone from the human resources office. For this position some basic behavioral questions were asked, but mostly the human resources person addressed the details of the position itself.

I spoke with the Assistant Director of Operations and Assistant Director over the phone. Then I went in for my in-person interview where I interviewed with the Assistant Director of Operations and two other associates. I also received a tour of the center while I was there.
