I applied online to an open house event for MA's and billers and was emailed back to set up an phone interview. I did great on the phone interview and was selected to come in for an in person interview. I guess I did a great job on the in person interview, then I had an final interview with the Office manager in which I met and interviewed with and a few days later I had a job offer.

Entretien
Interview was very straightforward and informative. Basic questions on experience and references were asked. I applied about a month ago, and just got hired today! I felt completely at ease the entire time and had no trouble articulating what I was looking for in this job and neither did the interviewer.

One phone screen, one zoom , and one HR call
Waitied about three weeks after each call
Process took about a month and a half
Three managers will interview at a time
Managers were not nice, and were very very serious.

Entretien
Received a call to schedule an interview with the Department. Had the 1st interview, was called for a 2nd one, then was called for an 3rd interview this time with HR. Was asked for references and talked about the position, benefits offered, then was asked a couple of questions. They verified the references and jobs. Waited almost 2 weeks for next steps but they decided to move forward with other candidates. Felt disappointed
