HR team at NXP semiconductors Netherlands & Germany is pretty unprofessional about treating the prospective candidates. Since the company is doing pretty good work in automotive & security areas I have been always keen to work with them. However after going through multiple interviews for different positions in Europe & India I have realized that the HR team never gets back with the real feedback. I have got following feedback: the position was cancelled, we want to hire local candidate within EU. At times no feedback at all All this after conducting multiple phone interviews as well as onsite interviews
