Referred by friend, was contacted for a phone interview - honestly seemed like they didn't read my resume at all, and just asked questions about the job. Didn't seem like questions that an intern who didn't specialize in the field would know about. Extremely difficult interview, and I was disappointed with the interview questions.

It depends on team, certain team the response is slow. Everything is online, and there are multiple rounds of interview in order to get the offer. My role is mainly on the research engineer domain, thus slightly different.
