hr contacted me for a job position and scheduled time quickly. after the 1st phone interview there was no updates anymore. wrote to the hr asking for progress. never replied. happened to my friends as well.

First interview with hiring manager and then onsite. A 3-year-experienced guy did my interview as a 20+ year experience and got rejection after 2+ weeks. The questions were mostly simple but got rejection anyways. I will stay away from this company.

2 one-hour basic phone interview, 2 4-hour technique interview with 9 engineers, I spend roughly one month for the interview, the HR is really nice. I can get the feedback usually 3~5 days after the interview.
