Entretien
The process is very long and there is no feedback of any kind. Even once you have completed one panel interview (there were 6 for me), there is no communication from the recruiters. 3 or 4 or 5 weeks go by and crickets. Emotionally taxing trying to balance wanting to work at Nvidia and also trying to consider other jobs and companies.

would love your thoughts on this transition from moving from a role of senior leadership to now applying to an IC rule. Are you prepared for the transition and how do you see that working out?
First a call with the hiring manager then a panel round with four senior solutions architects. Then a final call with the recruiter. A couple weeks in between each round.

Entretien
There are a total of seven interview rounds, all of which are technical. Even the discussions with leadership are technical, so be well-prepared. The topics range from detailed architecture discussions to deploying LLM models in a cost-effective manner. I found that taking the Mastering LLM interview preparation course helped me a lot.
