The interview was set up through an adviser at my university. I received an email from the principal engineer in the department to set up the interview. I met with a senior environmental engineer and junior engineer for a more informal discussion about my experience at school and career interests. Then I spoke with two of the other interns about their experiences so far. I was offered a job within the week.
