Entretien
After extensive networking and a thorough application, I was given a phone interview by an HR employee. The questions were fairly straightforward, but also somewhat vague. The woman was nice enough, but didn't seem all that enthusiastic to be talking to me or holding the interview.

So I got into second round interview, which is a one-way video interview where you just talk to camera and the website record what you say and then send it to managers. this is very awkward.

There are ten questions, all general behavioral questions. This is disappointing because first round is also behavioral.
