Applied and got a call for an interview about a week later. This was a group interview with around 7 other people and we were interviewed by 3 managers. The questions were straight forward and were mainly based on past experiences from prior jobs or life in general. Just be yourself, product knowledge and showing you can be flexible are pretty key. Got an email asking for a background check (next step of the process, basically means you got the job so long as you pass the background check). Don't try too hard to answer first, everyone was given the opportunity to speak and the order in which we spoke played no factor in the decision from what the hiring managers said. Nike's always hiring so just be confident in yourself and your answers.
