Recruiter will talk first then a initially Hirevue video round then hiring manager then it is a coding round then after the pannel round with 3 to 5 rounds probably

Positive response in 1st round. 2nd interview was more of a techno mangeral which went smooth. But I get a feedback saying they need more exp from HR after all those rounds. My exp was mentioned n skillset was discussed even before my interview. It was disappointing. Waste of time.

It was great and smooth. Interviewer was professional and logical . The feed back time is also less and no huddles in between. I want appreciate the management and other resources for giving me this opportunity to work .
