Applied online via NHS trac website, 2 weeks later received an invite for interview. Started off with a short 10 minute test, which composed of writing an email about the topic they had provided. Next was a 45 minute face to face inteview. 3 people on the panel, usual compentency questions

There were 2 interviewers. They were patient, accommodating and inclusive. The atmosphere allowed a for conversation-type interview. It lasted for almost 2 hours. 1 hour for a reviewing a report and preparing a presentation. The remaining 1 hour was for competency based questions.

filling of application form and a detailed support statement, a physical interview and a few tasks of on prioritization. After the interview, you get a call from either the panel ( when you are not successful) or the HR( ehrn you are succeful)

The interview involved several behavioral and situational questions aimed to assess the candidates competence to the role's requirements. Each question required an example describing how the candidate demonstrated the specified requirements.
