Asked around 3 questions and had a shop floor assessment where I was given different tasks to complete (like pick out outfit) and did some tidying- got offer next day

Good process. Tour of the building and then introduction video as to what the company does etc. Listened to an example customer call. One to one interview. Then proceeded on to the navigation assessment which was fairly simple. Overall, it was a positive process.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and well-organized interview process, and I left the conversation with a positive impression of the team and the opportunity. Very good highly recommend the company and process.
