It was a 30 minutes phone interview. I was asked about some challenges I faced during certain projects, how proficient I was with some common engineering softwares, and if I had any questions about the role.

Very Conversational. It was running through my resume and them describing the job they had to offer. It then went on to specifics and how I could fit in with their mission goal.
