I had a call with the Talent Manager and the Chief Engineer. They were nice and put me at ease. They were very attentive to my answers. They asked me about myself and some more technical questions after.

1 interview with the team - chat about previous experience and a few questions about problems you had to solve
Job ad said it was a remote position, but during the interview they made it very clear they expect you to "sometimes" come to the office in Bologna, like "maybe once or twice a week".
On top of that, they offered MUCH less than what I asked during the first interview step with HR. Less than what I was making right out of high-school with zero experience. I have years of experience... Basically any other company was able to beat their offer, even no-name ones.
