There was a phone interview first and followed by a whole day assessment day. It was really difficult arranging things over the phone but once I got in contact with them everyone was really nice and easy to talk to

They asked me a question about tunnels and foundations and considerations needed to make it
The interview process was straightforward, beginning with a short screening call followed by one interview where they asked simple technical and situational questions, making the experience clear, easy, and manageable.

Applied online, invited to do short aptitude test online about company values / own values. Then attended assessment centre in Dublin which involved:
- Networking
- Group activity building a structure
- Interview with 2 company people
