Easy to enter to comapny, they are more on your analytical skills than technical, no technical questions.
People are not good, more politics, dependency on one or two resource, no knowledge sharing, no scope of individual growth, bad company for freshers

first was the aptitude test and then the coding test overall the interview process was good the coding challenges are good. The aptitude test is also average that's it from my side

Entretien
The interview process began with an online assignment to assess technical skills. Shortlisted candidates then attended a technical interview focusing on core concepts and problem-solving. Finally, an HR round evaluated communication skills, cultural fit, career goals, and overall suitability for the role.
