I applied through referral myself and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Moxa Inc. in Nov 2009.
First interview ：HR ,
Then:Sales manager,
Last interview： CEO
My interview at MOXA‘s office. they receive me all with sincere smiling like family. because “相互尊重” is MOXA ’s culture. i like it through my first intervew.
Normal interview, but they asked niche questions. They knew I was a CS major, but asked very niche questions like bits in a word. Overall, not bad, but I was expecting more networking based questions since I talked to them at a job fair and stated to know more "layer 2/3 on the OSI model"
