It was very easy and straightforward. I was referred by a friend so it made the process so much more easier to get to the interview process. Behaviour sort of questions were asked. This was also a group interview as well so you really have to bring out your personality and skill set to make sure you differentiate yourself compared the other others in the room.

I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with a district manager. Decision is usually made within a few days depending on number of applicants and/or need.
