Entretien
Interview process was structured. HR had communicated in the first call about the whole interview process. And the same was followed in both rounds.
Round 1 (DSA and React Debugging round) :
Interviewer was very friendly and gave lots of hint in the round. For react debugging session, even though I had no experience he made sure I am not stuck anywhere. And was able to solve the problem in the end.
Round 2 (Java Debugging Round) :
HR scheduled the round on weekend. Interviewer didn't join the call on time and HR had no idea about this. I had to call the HR, and then he said to reschedule after 30 mins. Interviewer joined after 30 mins, but was not helping or giving any hints. Was speaking on phone without unmuting himself when he knew I was struggling in the question. At the end he was bragging about the toxic culture of people working over weekends , no work timings and small team is good for development.
Overall very bad experience. Interviewer knew I had no experience in coding multithreading in java, and still wasnt providing any hints and on the contrary disturbing the interview by repeatedly having calls without going on mute.
