The process starts with in person interviews right away. You will meet with several people of the team who will interview you. The process overall is too time consuming especially when you have to keep following up. There is no follow up from them and as mentioned below the process seems to be unorganized. Overall if you have individuals going in to interview in person, who take time out of their schedule to go then you can at least follow up or have the courtesy to notify them that they are no longer being considered. It is an unprofessional thing to do.
