This is followed by phone interviews with human resources and then phone interviews with the specific area or position that you are applying for. If all goes well, you will likely have to go into the office for a final round.

Home assessment was 2 hours test with four different sections. Not the easiest for somebody who has not been in the sector for a while. Furthermore they made a mistake and interviewed me for the wrong (more junior) position. I heard nothing untill I reached out again. They told me they would contact me the Monday after but that day never came. After two weeks I got a standard email saying my application would not go further. Very disappointing, lots of time wasted on them. To make things worse, I decided to subscribe for their equity research service. Well I ended up learning they have serious interface problems on the webpages which makes the service unaccessible. Speechless I tried many times again but I only learnt others had the same problem. I unsubscribed from the service.
