Applied through their official website. Got a mail for aptitude test comprising 3 sections 30 minutes. Passed the test and got a mail for candidate information session where they briefed about the role (ESG research associate) Next we have to fill a survey after which we are shortlisted for the interview rounds. Now there are 2 back to back rounds on one day( 1.Team lead 2. Manager) Both the rounds went really
well, as i answered every question asked, also i am certain that the my answers to the technical questions were totally correct. However the interviewer did not seem satified as i was a fresher. The job notification clearly mentioned that freshers can apply, also they shortlist after going through our resume. If you dont want freshers then do not mail people in the first place. Such pathetic and unprofessional behavior. You cannot even mail them as they have written so. Wasting time and efforts of candidates. Giving all answers correctly and not knowing why they havent shortlisted further. Cannot comprehend on which basis they are selecting, for im sure their priority isn't knowledge or even educational qualification.
Easy and consice shorts answers which value their company. Favour yourself and be confident. The key is english and confidence. You’ll surely get an offer after a week of an interview
The Interview process is basic, involves a telephonic round and two technical rounds.one of which was a case study round. A call from the HR to discuss the onboarding process if you've qualified the previous round
