I had a phone screen with a rep from HR, followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. The manager seemed to have a clear idea about what the responsibilities of the role would be, and the type of candidate they were looking for. Questions were generally open ended, about how I approach different work situations. I was told that the next step would be an on site interview in the next 1-2 weeks, with a final hiring decision being made in 3 weeks. I heard nothing for over a month, when I received an email saying that I would need to reapply due to a change in their HR system. Job postings for that position were still active at that point.

It is a comfortable and lengthy conversation. Overall, the interview process does not put you into a situation of being interrogated instead, it is a good conversation. Damn, I need more than thirty words to end this.
