It was a thorough interview process, I had a first stage interview on Microsoft Teams (due to the pandemic) with my line manager which was a getting to know you type interview. I was then invited to complete a psychometric assessment virtually, which took roughly 40 minutes. I then had a second stage interview with four people which was face to face on site, socially distanced with one of these people on TEAMS due to covid-19. I felt safe and secure whilst on site. My second stage interview required a presentation, which is not uncommon at Moog for certain roles. Whilst preparation for this was time consuming, I appreciated the interest showed in myself and being able to present myself on my own terms. The interviews were challenging but not needlessly so, I felt they were necessary given the position I was applying for. The interviews were set with roughly one weeks notice for each, and I received my offer in a timely fashion.
