I was invited to a screening phone call (1:1) and a follow-up formal telephone interview (2:1). The screening interview covered my employment background and reasons for applying but also provided me with more information about the company and role. The second interview was more formal and testing with structured questions covering skills, experience and ambitions. I completed an online skills test before my second telephone interview.
