Principal & three teachers interviewed me. They gave ample information about the postion, and their school in general. They asked several questions to assess my strengths as a language arts teacher, including questions about content, methods, and classroom management. The panel members were all friendly, courteous, and professional. The school is rather "upside-down" at the moment, as they are relocating at the moment. I definitely think that I should have taken more initiative to "toot my own horn". The interview ended without my taking an opportunity to share highlights from my portfolio. It was over in about 25 minutes, and although I felt that I answered their questions well, I should have made more of an effort to tell them of my capabilities.
