1. Arrangement of lst round interview was done terribly , no response after indicating dates of availability 2. Got a response after indicating date suitable for screening personnel 3. Screening personnel did not turn up and did not even bother to send an email 4. Disappear into thin air and suddenly appear after days and ask for availability. 5. Invitation was send only an hour b4 interview 6. Screening was done badly( inaudible English ). Poor impression of company !

Exhausting interview process with very demanding management. At one of the stages I was asked to go through more than 3 hours long online test... Totally not worth time and effort given how the management is treating candidates
