2 in person interviews and 1 presentation. very quick and a hard sell on the role. Basic questions, very standard. Quick follow-up to deliver offer. Met with vp, 2 mangers and HR in 3 meetings total. Plus 1 phone screen at the start.

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
