I was required to interview an employee at the company as if for a position at my current job, and later to debrief whether I was a yes or no and why with other managers. It doesn't matter if you arrive at yes or no (I was a no), but rather how well you did at conducting the interview effectively and respectfully, and arriving at a conclusion supported by facts.
