Entretien
There really wasn't much to the actual interview process. The phone interview and the skills test were part of the staffing firm. After I had completed the interview and test I went in for a 2 on 1 interview. Pretty basic questions. They asked about experience in the field of work and why I would be a good fit for the position.
three rounds - the first was phone interview, then two back-to-back with team members, mainly for technical questions and the last round with senior staff, some technical stuff and some behavioral
First round with hiring team, second round with practice owners. Throughout both rounds, they repeatedly told me how they prided themselves on never ghosting any candidates. I thought that was an odd thing to mention, but ok. Well, 2 months later, crickets…. Quite disrespectful

I got an interview through a recruiter for a graduate position, but unfortunely they wanted someone that could start immediately so it was postponed. Still haven't heard again, but most likely recruiter's side.
