One piece of advice to all the those who want to be working at Microsoft. Please practice programming everyday. It is very easy to assume that you know it and when the interview day comes, you may end up confusing yourself. Please treat programming languages as a tool to implement a functionality and not as the most important thing. The concept is what is important. If you know the concepts and understand the problem, you will be able to use any programming language.
Expect technical deep dives, coding challenges, and problem-solving scenarios. Questions will probe your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design, assessing your ability to build robust systems. yes yus yes
