I applied on the LiveOn website, and then I was contacted with an email for an interview. I went in and they asked basic questions about handling residents. I then got a phone call saying I got it. They generally take anyone who can handle basic responsibilities and is polite, so show that off.

Waited maybe a week or two for a call for an interview. Interview was quick. Mostly questions about communication skills. I got a call back within that same week and got the offer. I worked at a capped amount of hours because of university rules.
