I went in and sat in the office with the manager. It was very informal, people were coming in and out and distracting the manager. I was in there for about 20 mins. After I did well she set me up on a training program, and I answered questions on a sheet afterwards. I could not answer a few of the questions and notified the manager. She told me "oh that training program doesnt answer any of these" and then proceeded to tell me all the answers. It was ridiculous.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
