Overall the process was a little unorganized as senior management was not aligned with the direct report. Went through several rounds of interviews over a long period of time beyond advised for the hiring timeline. Was given a project, presented to the team and HR NEVER responded. Very unprofessional especially when you ask for a project that took several hours of my personal time.

The interview was extremely long. I met with 5 different people and took up the majority of the day. They all asked very similar questions which were irritating because I felt I was repeating myself constantly.
