Interview for Mexia is a 3 step process. First step is to take a written test and submit the score and once your score is qualified, there is a telephonic interview for about 30-45 minutes. The telephonic interview will discuss about your over experience and your technical expertise. Once qualified, there is a personal interview which discusses about your vision, career opportunities, salary, role and others.
