Met one-on-one with an engineering manager. Was asked general questions related to my resume, and a few technical questions regarding a rail system schematic. The interview was fairly casual, but ultimately I did not receive an offer.

I apply online on internship opportunities at MTA website. They took initial interview via phone then called me for final interview at job location. The process was very well crafted and friendly for new comers.
