Conducted two phone interviews, the first informal, the second more formal or structured. Upon completion of those interviews I was given the a study guide and a few days to choose to come down to Shreveport to interview. They flew me in the night before the interview provided plane tickets, car rental and hotel (breakfast included). The process was very smooth and travel was convenient. At Metro, conducted a written test consisting of 20 questions. Went into the simulator and conducted a VMC traffic pattern as well as second ILS pattern. I interviewed with the chief pilot for RW. I was given a short tour of the facility and eventually ended up with the Director of HR for a conditional job offer. I had the opportunity to meet several directors (in different capacities) through out the company to include Mr. Todd Stanberry the VP. His Father started the company. I was very happy with the whole process and was back on the road to the airport before 1100 AM.

The process was very straight forward with exceptionally knowledgeable professionals who were both kind and welcoming throughout. It was a very structured and professional environment. By far the most professional and pleasant experience I have ever had with an employer during an introduction and interview process.
