Randomly received an email to come onsite for interview. I went well prepared and dressed. They give a useless assessment to fill in the beginning. Then a Software Engineer came and took me to cafeteria for the Interview, yes Cafeteria. He asked 2 simple questions, which I believe anyone can solve. Then questions related to previous projects. No HR representatives, completely unorganized.
