Very straight forward, conversational-like, basic HR interview, moderator was nice and easy to talk to. Reference the mission and ESG of the company for better understanding what is expected and what Merck strives for.

I had a 20 minute screening call right after I applied. Then I had a panel interview a couple weeks later. All questions were behavioral, and I heard back a month and some weeks after I initially heard back.
