The whole process took forever and overall experience that you would get an offer based on someone's personal liking (or not) of you. This is because they put a lot of emphasis on the company culture and how you would fit into the team.
First there was a phone interview where you basically listen what the office manager is telling you, then they ask you if this would be interesting for you. After that you wait for an email for online assessment.
Online assessment is basically personality test, IQ test and some logic games.
If you pass this then you are invited to a group interview with few more candidates. The employees (HR, manager and someone else) then explain the history of company, what do they do, describe the job and then you have some time to ask questions. Prepare relevant questions of course.
If you are successful at the group interview you will be invited on 1:1 (+someone else from their side). BUT before this you will first receive a task to give names of companies which would benefit from using Meltwater and you need to bring that to the meeting.
Prior to 1:1 you first sit for an hour with someone from HR. The person asks you again similar questions and then you finally meet the regional manager.
So overall there are 4 interviews and 2 tasks (!) and everything happens with a gap of at least 5 days. You do the math how long it takes for everything...
In the end it took them additional 2 weeks to deliver news of not accepting me without any explanation. I found this really unprofessional and shocking as everyone in the process seemed to like my qualifications and personality. It left me disappointed and really puzzled what does it take to get in there?
Overall, negative experience with them although the whole process in the end helped me to find a better job in the same industry.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
On the final interview you are asked a lot of questions. The main idea is they catch you off-guard. So they shuffle questions. For example, tell me something unique about yourself and the next question would be what are the 5 biggest media outlets in the region, followed by question what was the last thing in news about Meltwater.
You also get to do a cold calling exercise where you need to "call" a company and try to sell them the product.
Few rounds where there are Questions emailed, 2 online assessments for personality and logical thinking then a demo with the product where you have to sell it to a fake client, they will ask you questions about the product and features.

The interview process was made smooth and enjoyable through the work and effort from Mike in TA. He brought rapport, genuine communication and care to the process. Really helped ensure that task details and requirements were effectively communicated and that interviews were organised smoothly.

It was a group interview with about 30 other candidates. You broke off into groups and worked on a question and came back and discussed what you would do in a situation
