The phone interview was pretty simple. Questions you would expect them to ask. Got called for an interview not even 20 minutes later. Now the interview itself was also a breeze. Had a couple tricky questions that made you think for a second. But overall simple as a simple could be.

Entretien
It went really smoothly and everyone was really nice, I got the job the same day. Will report back in 6 months to update my review for how the job goes.

Question 1
One strange question they asked was to describe a time when I had to interact with a person who came from a different background from me (examples were gender, race, religion/spirituality, and level in the company) and how I did with that. I understand that it is a question promoting inclusivity and diversity but it's 2020, most people I interact with are from a different background from me in some way.

Entretien
Very relaxed, I met with the store director after I had submitted an application online. They pulled out my application and we talked for a bit and I answered questions, it was pretty casual and they were really looking for summer part time workers, which made the interview not very stressful. The store coordinator and HR director were really nice and welcoming. You typically submit an application online, which I did, but after not hearing back, I went in in person and spoke to the store director and it went from there.
