Applied through an online application. Was in contact with someone who worked at Medtronic for application tips and tricks. After my initial application, I had to wait a couple of weeks before finding out if I had gotten an interview. My interview was an online one where I had 5 people asking me questions.

When's a time you tried helping someone out and your advice didn't work?
One phone call interview for introductions and then one Zoom interview with two managers, with mainly behavioral questions. Overall positive experience, interviewers were very nice. I only did two rounds of interviews.
