J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medtronic (Northridge, CA) en mai 2010
Entretien
Applied online, never heard for 3 mos, then 2 or 3 phone interviews. Went to CA for face to face and they seemed very confused and disorganized. The 6 people on the schedule kept changing through the day. Interviewers knew little about the job and the hiring manager was not even there that day. Why would they waste the time and money? It took a couple of months to get re-imbursed for expenses. The interview seemed to go well, and the HR person kept in touch for a week or two then stopped returning calls or e-mails. I never received any feedback as to whether I'm still being considered or not. I was excited about Medtronic, but this group seems to be run by amateurs.

Mostly behavioral questions, there were also some questions that asked you to think through a problem and see how you would figure out a solution. Used the STAR question and answer process.

I met recruiters on campus and had a general interview a few days later. Filled out a form online and got calls from hiring managers interested in hiring for their teams. Nice people, great experience.

The interview process was very standard. There was an information session at the college, which was followed by a video interview that lasted 30 minutes. It was a very relaxed back and forth conversation, no intense grilling or questioning.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard as well. "Tell me about yourself" "Why are you interested" They did ask you a theoretical question about how you would handle a project and the steps you would take to complete it.
