I met with two managers of the training department and was specifically hired for my specialty background so I was able to demand a much hire salary than the average. I think people typically meet with three managers but again I was probably fast-tracked based on my oncology nursing background.

Nothing stuck out as particularly difficult for me but the written essay test to check your writing skills (punctuation, grammar, sentence structure) may be difficult for some.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

Entretien
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
